One on One Training

 One on One Training clients will receive a customized workout program based on their initial assessment of basic movement patterns, also their training and injury history. As well as their personal fitness goals. Nutritional strategies to help fuel your workouts and help shed those pounds of body fat or gain those extra pounds of lean muscle mass. This would be a perfect choice for those individuals that prefer the solitude and personal attention of a 1:1 client / trainer setting. 

Semi-Private Training

 In a Semi-private training session there are 2-4 ( 4 max) clients  training at the same time. You will still get a customized program based on your initial assessment and fitness goals. With the comradery of a small group setting. If you and a couple of friends want to tackle your fitness goals together or you just prefer not to workout alone. This is a perfect option for you .

Group Training

With a maximum of 8 clients per session. Our Group training sessions try to keep the intimacy and personal attention to each  client a priority. Varying circuits that will keep your heart rate up and your body burning. Every exercise will be planned with regressions to fit all fitness  levels as well as any physical limitations of all the group members.
