1 on 1 Personal Training
This is a true personal and private experience.
Our 1 on 1 Personal Training sessions provide the environment to focus on your workout without distraction or interference. You will have my undivided attention throughout our time together to help you get the absolute most out of your session. Each session will be 60 minutes and can be at my home gym or your preferred gym if allowable or your residents.
Here’s what’s included:
An initial assessment meeting where we will make a completely customized 4 week workout program based on your previous training history, injury history and your own personal fitness goals.
During each session, you'll receive my undivided attention and support as we work together to execute your personalized training plan. I'll provide real-time feedback, guidance, and motivation to ensure you're performing exercises safely and effectively, maximizing your results.
